Growing up in Malaysia’s rich cultural stew, Ashley developed a deep-seated curiosity about all forms of food and expression—visual, verbal and virtual. Fluent in English and Japanese, she can converse in Korean and Cantonese, order dinner in Mandarin and sing karaoke in them all.
