Years of bartending and serving have made Malcolm a good listener with strong skills in reading—and relating to—people. His generally chill demeanour and well-calibrated sarcasm earned him the nickname of “Mr. Sunshine” when he worked on construction sites. But design is way more fun and much easier on the body.
